Software License Terms and Conditions

These Software License Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the investment software ("Software") provided by Bodhisla LTD ("Licensor"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Software.

1. Grant of Access:

a. The license granted herein allows you to access and utilize the features and functionalities of the Software, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.

2. Account Types:

a. The Software offers two account types: Personal/Agent & Business/Investor.

b. Each account type includes basic models, the main features of the Software.

3. Public Access (Personal/Agent Account - Basic First Tier Setting):

a. The Personal/Agent account provides access to the general public, enabling individuals to utilize the Software's benefits, self-learn, and participate in educational programs to advance within our system.

4. Staff Access (Personal/Agent Account - Master Guru Setting):

a. The Master Guru Setting within the Personal/Agent account is custom-designed for our in-house team, particularly Account Managers, to supervise and administer client accounts seamlessly.

b. Each internal staff member/agent is allocated specific client accounts to ensure meticulous monitoring and support.

5. Business/Investor Account:

a. The Business/Investor account provides streamlined access to Asset Yielding models without additional features, ensuring a direct and efficient experience.

6. Investor Portal and Official Contracts:

a. The Software includes an Investor Portal with two Official Contracts (12 months) providing investors access to specific yielding mechanisms.

b. All accounts must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and provide relevant documentation related to their investment.

7. 12% APR (Reward Savings) Investment Program Terms:

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in the investment programs offered by the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK & Grenada.

11. Modification of Terms:

Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Software after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12% APR (REWARD SAVINGS)  T&C

Investment Agreement

RECITALS:

Investor desires to invest funds with the Company, and the Company agrees to accept such investment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company offers an investment opportunity with an annual percentage rate (APR) of 12%.

The Company will provide daily rewards payouts to the Investor, which can be withdrawn and accumulated daily.

AGREEMENT:

1. Investment Amount:

Investments can start from a minimum package of $5 and can be manually investment via the  users profile at any time, upon investment deposit there will be up to 72 hour checking and confirmation period based on working days in a week, investments over 100,000 must be handled with CFO / Management

2. Investment Term:

The investment term is 365 days 

3. Annual Percentage Rate (APR):

The Company agrees to pay the Investor an annual percentage rate (APR) of 12% on the Investment Amount, calculated daily.

4. Daily Rewards Payout:

a. The Company shall provide daily rewards payouts to the Investor based on the Investment Amount and the agreed-upon APR.

b. The daily rewards payouts shall be calculated and credited to the Investor's account on a daily basis.

5. Withdrawal and Accumulation:

A. The Investor has the option to withdraw the daily rewards payouts at any time after 6 months retention

B. Full Capital withdrawals are possible any time prior 6 months if "unforeseen circumstances conditions are met”, however without any APR accumulated 

    a.If approved by the BOD,  the APR at 6 months will be 6%.

C. Early withdrawal is available from month 7 to 11 with a APR proportional to the month of withdrawal, i.e. 7 months -> APR 7%, 11 months -> APR 11%.

D. Alternatively, the investor may choose to accumulate the rewards, which then can be withdrawn or added into any other investment plans inside the Heaven Eco Hub Portal  and earn additional rewards based on the APR.

6. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon (30  Days) days' prior written notice to the other party.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (Grenada & UK).

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the site or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Heaven Eco Hub, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

Heaven Dreams Custodial Policy with Binance

Purpose:
This policy outlines the integration of Binance as the primary secure custodian for all user holdings within the Heaven Dreams platform, ensuring robust security and streamlined operations for fund deposits, withdrawals, and dream funding contributions.

1. Binance as Secure Custodian

●  Heaven Dreams uses Binance’s Funding Wallet to securely hold user deposits and dream funding contributions. By leveraging Binance’s security infrastructure, we ensure that all user assets in USDT or HEAVEN Tokens are protected with industry-leading measures, including advanced encryption, AML/KYC compliance, and real-time monitoring.

●  Binance acts as the custodian for all deposits, donations, and dream funding assets, offering users peace of mind through its proven security and compliance standards.

2. Funding and Profile Credits

●  Users can deposit funds directly into their Heaven Dreams profile via Binance’s QR Code Payment system, allowing instant credit in USDT or HEAVEN Tokens stated as “E-funds”

●  These deposits empower users to contribute toward their own or others' dreams, fostering a supportive and collaborative funding environment.

3. Dream Funding Success Fee

● To support the maintenance and development of the Heaven Dreams platform, a 5% Success Fee will be applied to all dream funding contributions upon successful funding completion in full or based on dream contract completion time & withdrawal . This fee is deducted from the total funded amount in each dream initiative.

4. External Donations and Gifting
● Users may donate or gift funds to other users’ dreams via an external non-profile payment gateway, which requires KYC

verification for security. This feature enhances transparency and supports a trusted community. 5. Mandatory Binance Integration for Withdrawals and Verification

●  All users must connect a verified Binance account to facilitate withdrawals, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML policies. This mandatory integration enhances security and streamlines fund management across the Heaven Dreams platform.

●  Withdrawal requests will be securely processed to the user's Binance USDT or HEAVEN Token address, with a one-time lock feature upon request.

By adopting Binance as the secure custodian for Heaven Dreams, we maintain high standards for user asset protection while offering seamless access to deposit, donation, and funding options within the Heaven Dreams ecosystem.

Heaven Dreams Loss of Deposit Funds Policy

Purpose:

This policy outlines the terms regarding the loss of user funds due to errors in input during deposits within the Heaven Dreams platform. By using Heaven Dreams’ deposit services, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. User Responsibility for Deposit Accuracy

●  All deposits made to Heaven Dreams through Binance’s Funding Wallet or the Heaven Wallet require accurate input by the user, including but not limited to correct wallet addresses, asset types, and payment amounts.

●  Heaven Dreams is not liable for funds lost due to user error, including incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect token types, or any other input errors during the deposit process.

2. Irrecoverability of Lost Funds

●  Users acknowledge and agree that any funds deposited incorrectly are irretrievable. Heaven Dreams does not have the capability to recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or through improper input.

●  No refunds, reversals, or recovery efforts will be initiated by Heaven Dreams for any deposits made in error. The responsibility for input accuracy lies solely with the user.

3. Agreement to Terms

● By completing a deposit into the Heaven Dreams platform, users agree to the above terms and acknowledge that any loss of funds due to their input errors is final. Users release Heaven Dreams from any obligation to compensate, reimburse, or pursue the recovery of such funds.

4. Recommendations for User Care

● To prevent loss of funds, users are encouraged to double-check all deposit details, including wallet addresses and token types, before finalizing any transactions. Heaven Dreams provides instructions within the platform to assist users in verifying deposit information for a secure transaction process.
